Educators - IMAX® Theater Group Policy

Cancellations:
Please notify the Group Sales Department at 904-940-4118 no later than one week prior to the date of your scheduled visit and we will reschedule your visit. If your cancellation occurs less than one week prior to your visit, you will be charged 20% of your total reserved seats. For groups of 100 or more, seats will be reserved but a check for 20% of the total bill will be due three weeks before your trip. This is a non-refundable check/deposit. Each group will be responsible for a minimum of 80% of their total reserved seats.

Seats for special engagement films need to be held with a credit card or company/organization check. If the group is cancelled at any time, the group will be billed for 75% of their total bill.

Late Arrivals:
If your group will be arriving late, please contact the Box Office at 904-940-4128 or the Group Sales Office at 904-940-4118. We ask that you allow 30 minutes for your group to be checked in and seated in the IMAX® Theater. IMAX® films start promptly as scheduled and groups will NOT be seated once the film has begun. If your group arrives late and misses their scheduled show time, we will seat the group in the next show based upon availability. Groups are responsible for their entire balance regardless of seating availability.

Chaperones:
Students of all ages MUST be accompanied by a chaperone at ALL times. We require a chaperone: student ratio of 1:10. Students without chaperones will be asked to wait before entering the IMAX® Theater until the assigned chaperone is located.

Behavior:
Teachers and chaperones are responsible for the behavior of their students at all times during their visit to the World Golf Hall of Fame, IMAX® Theater and Putting Course. All students must stay with their designated chaperones while visiting. The World Golf Hall of Fame staff reserves the right to ask any disorderly group or individual to leave the premises. Any individuals asked to leave because of conduct must be accompanied by at least one chaperone and will be asked to wait in the lobby until the group's activities are done. Refunds will not be granted.

Food, Drinks, Candy, Gum:
The only food, snacks or drinks that children may bring into the theater are those purchased from the concession stand. No outside food, drinks, candy or gum of any kind may be brought into the World Golf Hall of Fame, IMAX® Theater or putting course. Upon request and based on availability, a picnic area will be provided where students can enjoy their lunches before or after the film. Box Office/Guest Services staff will be there to meet your group as they exit the bus and escort you to your designated eating area. Chaperones and teachers are asked to help children properly dispose of their trash in the provided receptacles.
