At the World Golf Hall of Fame IMAX® Theater, we select movies that are informative and educational, and we are dedicated to finding new ways for you to introduce concepts to your students. As the only IMAX® Theater in Northeast Florida, and in accordance with Florida and National State Standards, we help you bring your lesson plan to life. At the Hall of Fame

Through a generous grant by the Shell Oil Company, Founding Corporate Partner of the World Golf Hall of Fame, your students can participate in an interactive program led by one of our Hall of Fame docents and learn about the scientific principles of physics through the game of golf. Designed for students in 4th through 8th grade, this program introduces concepts such as gravity and speed, force and motion, and aerodynamics involved in the game of golf. These live demonstrations will captivate students' attention and give them an opportunity to learn about this subject in a unique way. Shell's Science of Golf demonstrations can be scheduled separately or as a part of an IMAX film.
